74 is the exception... they used a smaller bolt to fit a thicker isolator on front bushing, so the hole is smaller.
however the fitment on body is exactly the same in all 71/74

well, not in my case or several I have seen. Ovals are Station wagons and maybe sedans too I think then also C bodies if you get a 74 bracket you simply can enlarge the hole to fit on earliers, and will be done. Backwards will be moslty sure harder to do. I will be needing a 74 bracket pretty soon BTW.

well not in my case... who knows why. ( beside mine was assemblied in Venezuela, not in USA )
whatever is the reason, go for the sure side and get 71/73s
