You can wash it off with plain water and a very soft terry cloth towel, use Pledge furniture polish on it afterwards to clean any residue off and polish it Or you can buy some plastic window cleaner and use it. Spruce Aircraft and Cheif Aircraft sell several different types and brands of Lexan window cleaners used on airplanes

I try not to use shoe polish on lexan. I use that special dial in chaulk from jegs or summit.Rubbing alcohol will safely remove shoe polish.I like to clean my lexan windows with plexus.

That's what we have used for years. Always wipe one direction up and down. Never circular.

We also have covers that go over the top of the race cars that cover the front and rear windows. Keeps dust out of the interiors and off the lexan. Also makes a pad to put the hood on.

Isoprophyl rubbing alcohol will remove conventional shoe polish from lexan windows without hurting them. It literally melts the shoe polish. A little extra rubbing and resoaking of a soft rag may be needed for thicker area of the shoe polish. As noted previously, rub lightly.

I was amazed when my father in law was getting heavy scratches out and cleaning his window using a heat gun.
They looked brand new. This may or may not be the same stuff. But pretty sure it was polycarbonate windsheild in his Rino..ATV

Plexus, best stuff out there check with local Motorcycle parts places and dealers. Many Harley Dealers carry it.

I can see it now, looking out your windshield and the view looks like those carnival mirrors.
