I need some odd axle studs. There was a company that dealt in axle studs and I can not remember the name to save my self.
Any info would be appreciated

Dorman? Any auto parts store can order them. Or call Mark Williams Ent, they can get you anything.

tell me what your working on and I see if anything exists.

just an FYI Dorman dis-continued all left hand studs a few years back and have become quite scarse to say the least

I've had trouble getting the low grade studs to pull into the axles. ARP studs zip right in. The others just stripped off the threads. Distorted the washers I was using.

I want my fair share

Your supposed to use a press to install them.

Yah but sometimes you NEED to replace a stud. I used to keep a complete set with some head stud washers (thick!) and an open end nut that was flat on one side to replace studs at the track if for some reason one galled or anything. Nothing like a quick stud replacement when swapping out the slicks!!!
