I have asked the same question. I live south of Dallas and no one knows anyone to do it.

Is Texarkana too far? Adger Smith Performance Engines has the BHJ Block Tru fixture that is the beginnings of the process and he can probably fix you up. His telephone number is (903) 794-7223

http://www.waynecalvertengines.com/index_files/Page425.htmWayne Calvert lists lifter bushings on their website. Seems like I called around several years ago looking for someone to bore the lifter bores on a SS Hemi block. Several said they could bush them, but only Barton would drill them and bush them. I traded Jim Hale for a street Hemi block and he sent it to LSM. I heard he blew it up after spending $6600 in machine work. I'm pretty sure R&M can do it, but it depends on how busy they are with the Pro Stock/Mod stuff. I think Spyphish is using R&M now to do his SS/AH Hemi's, so maybe they are more interested in Mopar stuff.

Is there really a need to bush the lifters bores? The reason I ask is I have my Aluminum Indy Maxx block in the machine shop now. I have no spare $$$ left but if it needs it now is the time to do it. Thanks

Can't sonic check a block because it isn't a Chebby? That doesn't require any machine work so why get that picky about what you will and won't work on? I know all of their machines are set up to do those non-Mopar motors, but what gives there?
They have bad backs- the Chevy and Ford blocks are much easier to move around the shop.

Two shops.... 1. The Auto Shop; Wichita Falls TX. Al Weiss. Eddie Hill's machinist, and a very good one on Hemi's. Personal machinist to all R&D for Nitrous Express. Holds numerous Stock Eliminator world records. 2. LenMar Motorsports, Masfield Texas. Owned by Gaylen Smith and home of his 5 time world champion Hemi powered ProMod. Nice guys. Have my 520" RB over there now for a freshen. Both are more than capable of bushing the bores. Thanks, Bridger
