Junkyard is empty of dodge wheels. Aren't ford steel wheels the same or close? There are lots of ford pickups in there.

Dodge wheels fit on fords, but not the other way around. Ford wheels have a smaller register hole that doesn't allow them to fit over the mopar axle.

I think most full size trucks, ford and other makes, have a 5 on 5.5 pattern which won't fit on any passenger cars.

Put a wanted ad on Craigslist or on here and see if someone local has a set. If you have a local mopar club their might be people who are willing to sell you a spare set.
