im building a 500 for my 4x4 truck. its a everyonce in a wile mud drag truck and street truck. im stuck on the cam selection.
im running a 440 source stroker kit in a 400 with 440 source heads. im not sure on intake yet but a nice 4150. im not gonna turn alot of rpm. about 6500. i want some drivability and good idle on the street. mostly the motors going to be torque monster. i have talked it over with some friends and we came up with high 240s on a 110 LSA. what do you guys think.

Might take a look at the Comp Thumpr line of cams.
