not making any promises, just trying to gauge if there is enough interest to CNC a handful of header flanges for those of us who wish to fab a set of turbo headers or logs. they would 1/2" cold rolled steel, be of the split/3 piece(per head) type stock style port & bolt pattern & port window for 1 3/4" tube(could make different port windows if demand calls for it) would be priced fairly. can post pics. later in the week

the cost is 100.00 most places that quoted. Big dad had a template I think

oh! i wouldn't ask that much. i was thinking $80 at the most, depending on shipping(they're not gonna be light)
this is just something i would do on my lunchtime, it's not like i could make an endless supply, i was thinking 10/15 sets before i start getting burnt out.

Making one set was enough to annoy me. It's a little different because my old machine isn't CNC. In fact it doesn't even have a DRO.

Have you ever tried to draw a circle on an etch-a-sketch?

ok- here's the initial set i made a yr. or so ago.
1 thing- the ends of the flanges i plan on making will have less of an angle for more sealing area.
