tt455 OP member Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 93 New York	What holds the gas pedal to the floor? When I lift the carpet up it won't lift up by the pedal,looks like a white square piece of foam or something under the carpet.Any tips or should I just give it a good tug?

Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 7,759 So Cal	two nuts under the floorboard that you can access under the car Allen Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first. Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.
