Ya, I had a different 70 Coronet painted w/Sublime (Omni) it looked really good. I had it for a couple of years and sold it out of this area- so I don't know how it looks now. Sublime is also expensive because of the blonde metalic.
1970...Sublime...Metallic???

Matrix,Wandabase,Valspar,Pro-spray would be my choices. Nason(lower end of DuPont) and Omni(lower end of PPG),Dimension(lower end of Sherwin Williams) are watered down and will take more than 3 coats to get coverage, meaning you would need more paint and reducer ,than if you had went with better paint Matrix,Wandabase,Valspar,Pro-spray (all of them are on their own) on the other hand covers in 1 to 2 coats.I've sprayed just about every paint brand out there and speak from 20+ years of experience ,not a weekend or once every 5 years painter

Ya- there is some flake in sublime.
No flake in the original Sublime--only in the 'new' version reintroduced on chargers back in about 2005ish.

I did this Roadrunner in Omni R4 and it came out very nice.,But like one of the other posters mentioned Omni is very watered down. My Paint guy adjusted the mix and doubled the formula for the fillers in the paint, and cut the amount of clear down. This stuff covered amazingly...I probably could have done the car in one double coat ! You might check into the Eastwood paint, they have a new line of factory color paints at a good price..

My buddy wants me to shoot his 94 vw with the "restoration shop" brand paint from TCP Global on ebay. Their base/clear kit that comes with 1gal base/1gal clear + activators is $200. He wants to try it so I guess we'll see.
I have some "restoration shop" brand mixed in AMC orange to paint my 440. I havn't sprayed it yet, but I'm curious of the coverage.

I sprayed this dart with Omni last year. took 3 coats to cover over gray sealer. I like omni's high solids clear.
