how are these held on? what type of clips? and does anyone have a picture, or know who sells them?

They use a white plastic barrel clip. Should be available at any parts store. 3/16" hole.

i can't find a picture, but behind the side scoop there are two emblems, "road" and "runner", all in lower case letters.
