doing one now as we speak..er type.... I have chatted with Transgo on this and they say to wire TV all the way open...full line pressure....another way internally is to take TV guide sleave out...then valve..then spring.....reverse assembly by putting valve in...spring...then sleave(backwards)...then install the adjustment screw with the jam nut all the way in...holding sleave against TB. Jam nut was a little small for me so I put a spacer to push against the sleave.... when I chatted with Transgo, he told me that the "wiring back" the TV was omitted in the instructions by accedent.
