Don't get me wrong Hotchis has some good products but, I find that one is a very highly priced in comparison to the other makes. What advantage does it have over the other designs?

Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first.
Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.

Oh and seeing it on the car, it does not hang any lower than the other designs. Note also on their cuda, it has the side exit exhaust.

I was also looking at these from Magnum Force. Once you opt for the powder coat option, about same price as Hotchkis. http://www.magnumforceracing.com/store/d...arch=&Page=I'd really like to go with bolt in, if possible. Seems like a major ordeal to have them welded in.

i would like to get back to the topic at hand. is the hotchkis design actually better than cutting and welding the rails from front to back. i'm not worried about ease of install, just what actually performs better. maybe there is no notable difference and i commend hotchkis for bringing something unique to the market.
The Hotchkis ones go right to front spring hanger. All forces on the rear tires pass through the spring hangers to the chassis.
Chrysler chose to add stiffening plates directly on the bottom of the spring hangers on thier convertible and highest performance cars. They didn't add anything to the front of the rear frame rail where people attach conventional subframe connectors.
The factory had all kinds’ choices, they chose closest to the spring hanger.
. . . Also, the people that pay to have subframe connectors welded in and installed should be saving some money. The bolts at the leaf spring acts like a jig to assure proper placement and fixture it while welding. Sort of like getting your pre bent exhaust system fully welded in by a muffler shop. You could pre install it all OR you could show up with an unopened box. What do you think is going to cost more?

One of the biggest difference in subframe connectors is ground clearance, ours are tucked up as close as possible to the pan of the car but don't require any cutting of the floor or rails.
The Hotchkis SFCs are welded in the front but bolted in the rear. This makes them very easy to install, if you aren't a welder, you can easily have a local muffler shop do the work for you.
We don't recommend the kind of Sub Frame Connectors that are only bolt in, as they can not control the lateral twist (since they will just be twisting around the bolts).
What about the e-brake cable, I was looking under the car and noticed it runs directly through the area where the connector would be?

That is something I was looking at a while back. I put a new set of stainless fuel and brake lines under my Duster. I dont want to go and bend or cut them. Do the Hotchkis Subframe connectors require relocation of any brake or fuel lines?

On an A-body, you might need to remove the tab for the brake lines, but there's no major relocation needed. Here are the install instructions for the A-body. A-body Sub Frame ConnectorsFor E-bodies, here's a photo of Elana's Challenger lines.

I can't speak yet about these connectors, but I will be going with the Hotchkis full TVS system on my Duster. After seeing the difference that setup made on that blue Challenger, and Shannon Hudson's Dart I knew I had to have it on my Duster. Those guys literally beat the snot out of those cars suspensions and the improvement was instantly noticeable.
