The six pack works fine. When i warm it up good and turn it off for a few minutes and try to start it back it's flooded. The floats are set fine,i changed the powervalve because someone told me they can leak. Once again i am stumped.

and the choke is not closing on u? when u go to the restart?

I bet you it's one of the end carb float levels.
I know personally I cannot set them level with the bottom of the hole. Will flood every time.
Set them a hair below so that the fuel doesn't dribble out at all.
I thought I had mine set properly too.

after shuting off look down the carb barrels of each carb to see if any fuel driping fuel if so on the outer carbs the metering plate scews loose
an on the center carb meter plate gasket bad
