Looking at the very rear of the Rear quarter on a '74 dart swinger, the sheetmetal looks like a point at the Trim molding where as the Duster style dart has a different shaped rear because the Bumper is different. Can anyone tell me if I can buy a Rear quarter panel and use the wheel well section of it for eother style rear quarter? Is the shape of the wheel wells identical?

Dart Swinger wheel openings are different than the Duster, but Dart Sport and Dodge Demon are the same. The Swinger openings are the same as the Plymouth Scamp.
