Switched to a Summit K6401 cam and lifter kit.

The lifters have a hole in the end, but the lifters from the old .484 set do not.

My pushrods have no hole through the center. Does this mean I am going to need to get a different set of pushrods?

the hole lets the lifters be used on hollow and non hollow pushrod apps w only one part # to take care of both situations. no prob w you having solid p rods

ditto, the oil hole lets them be used on AMC and Magnum motors that oil through the hollow rods to the rockers. The older Mopar lifters have a smaller ball seat too, like pre 67.
