Looking for a recommendation for someone to rebuild my master cylinder from a '69 Bee so that it looks right and works right. It is the original master cylinder.

BE&A makes a nice top...the guts are still available from Wagner-at last check. If there is light scoring in the bore, a wheel cylinder hone will clean it up. If it's too bad, or pitted, it would be a a good idea to have it bored and sleeved. White Post Restorations can do this.
Hope this helps...

White Post has had a lot of complaints on their work.
Brake and Equipment Warehouse in Minneapolis does really good work restoring Mopar master cylinders.

I have not done business with White Post, I was just aware that they performed that type of service & passed it along...

Thanks for the info...

White Post has been around for a while and advertised extensively in the major car restoration type publications, but there have been reports of problems with some of their work, plus complaints about their attitude.
Brake and Equipment has really stepped up to the plate to become experts in restoring Mopar master cylinders, I've had them do a number of parts for me over the years with no complaints, in fact I've got one up there that they are working on for me right now.

Brake and Equipment just sent back my 70 Cuda master today, they were very fast, really good on the communication, and it looks brand new. Haven't installed it yet, but on the customer service end, highly recommend.

i don't know if you want to use your original, but alot of times if you go to napa for a rebuilt master, it may be the exact style you are looking for.

Looks like Brake and Equipment gets the nod. I put on some SSB disc brakes, and they came with a new master cylinder. When I closed the hood on my Super Bee, the master cylinder punched through the air box for the scoops, so while I am fixing that I might as well get my original master cylinder done. Got to go back to the original because it is the only one that will clear the airbox. Tried a MOPAR performance unit, and it is taller than the replacement from Stainless Steel Brake Corp. Thanks for the input

Thanks for the heads up. I was contemplating SSBs on my N96 equipped Bee too.
