you can bend 3/16" brake lines by hand wo kinking if they're the regular parts house ones that are not hardened material. See if reducer bushings are available from Earls etc or cut reflare your ends

Well I'm sure it would matter if it's power or not as far as brake lines.

Your never bend stainless, after it's bent like that.
Should have told them exactly what your using parts wise, so they can make the right lines for you.
Like what the other guys said, you can make those easy with reg steel brake lines from the auto parts store, plus then they will seal.
Tip on the stainless lines, lub the fittings well so you can really get them tight, cause there gonna need to be really tight to seal. Stainless is hard. Good luck with it.

I hear ya! I bet if you tell them which MC your using, they could make em.
I know it sucks having those nice stainless lines and can't use em. Maybe they would take em back if you didn't install them or bend em.

When I converted my 65 Cuda to discs I used the same style MC you have, no original or stock for either of our rides. I used the brake lines and prop valve off a Diplomat and tweaked the lines to fit. Which is probably similar to what whomever did your swap did.
You probably ordered stock lines for your vehicle, which as you found out are not even close to being what you need.
