WILD BILL OP Senior Member of the Junior Dragster Club Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 10,542 BROOK PARK, OH	Rick wasn't sure if the new Pro Mod boots would work with the headers I put on the 72 and decided to make our new ones with the top fuel boots and gave me a lead to test fit the pro mod boot. Good thing he did as the Pro Mod boot would hit the header big time Guess we'ld rather find out this way as oppsed to a new customer ording them and then finding out the hard way. Top Fuel Boots fit like a dream though

You might want to reroute them if I where you. Also, put a grommet around those 2 red wires going through the firewall before they short out. BigBlockMopar.com

Top Fuel Boots fit like a dream though I have the same issue on a 68 Coronet 318 with headers. I can't tell but, on cylinders 5&7 are those boots 45 degree angled boots?

He swapped over the wire ends for me as well.. I mostly enjoy golfing in the 70's.. The eighties are just too hot, and 60's I usually get chilly !!

Bill I really didn't see how you had your wire loomed but, here is my thread with the issue on these wires. They do the same as the Accels on cylinders 5&7. I am thinking a 90 degree boot?
