Hey all. Ive been waiting nearly a whole year for AMD to release their challenger rear valance, and Ive just found out its goin to be at least another 45 days before they could be in production... I've been happy with AMD so far, which is why Ive waited this long...however Goodmark has a valance, but Ive never dealt with them before. Anyone have a rear valance from goodmark? If so, how did it fit, where you happy with it?? thanks!

Will AMD be making a correct '70 style or the 73-74 style that is currently available now?
1970 Challenger Convertible soon to be T/A convertible
Contrary to the opinions of some, I am not dumber than I look.

IIRC,...AMD has 3 year offerings of Challenger valances slated for production, with a total of 5-6 variants (dual exh./non dual, etc)

I have a goodmark rear valance on my Challenger. I didn't install it personally, but my body guy didnt mention any issues with it. Also, whats the problem with their trunk lid?
Heres a pic of my Goodmark rear valance installed...(sorta hard to see it though)It looks good in person, but my car is not a show car, so for what thats worth...

ya dosnt look right to me either. thanks for the responses everyone. Just called AMD this week and they are still 60 days away...AGAIN! This is taking forever!!!
AMD take so long beacuse there is no sense releasing one if it isn't any better than whats out there already... they get samples, modify them, send them back then get another sample with the changes..and so on and so on....this has happened several times with the cuda fenders also which is why they took so long. When it's acceptable they put it into production and at that point it's about 45-60 days away. If you're in a rush, buy a goodmark... bolt it on and replace it when the AMD comes out...

When I used one I ended up cutting off the ends from an original that was beat up and put them in place of the ends on the amd... it worked, but was alot of work to make a new part fit
