Hi guys, With the SS spring mounts there are 2 sets of holes for the spring to mount to. I used the top hole to keep the car as low as possible. Is it OK to use either hole? Now my pinion angle is way off, 5 degrees up. I was told I should have 5 Degrees down. Would the lower/bottom hole on the mount change my pinion angle or will I need shims???

You're speaking of the front shackle w a pair of horizontle holes on each side of shackle then another pair below them? Yes shims will be needed as swapping holes to raise/lower the front of the spring will not effect a 10 deg change.

I think i had to put a 6 degree shim in mine. With that thick of a shim i had to also get a longer index/alignment dowel pin.I actually used one off a for falcon which is alot longer that a stock mopar.

When I put my springs in the upper hole I had the same problem. I had to use a 6* shim. Shop around for shims. I used a procomp shim from 4wheel parts. It is 5/8" on the fat end to 0 on the point. Fits the pin in the springs fine and I have about 3.5* down on my pinion now.
