That is also when the crankshaft keyway is at the 1.30 clock position when viewing from front. (half way between 12 oclock and 3 oclock) THis is a mopar v-8, right? RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,040 Lincoln Nebraska	In the pic the "dots" appear to be pretty much at the bottom of the teeth root 3 grooves apart so if there's 24 grooves, 24 into 360 is 15, times 3 grooves is 45 & half that (going from crank to cam) is 22&1/2 cam degrees. live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
