simply stock lates 70s alts...
PNs Beck/Arnley 186-6002, dual pulley but can be changed...
http://c2c.activant.com/ctoc/index.jsp?ID=gGA1KJhwDA0dBFR0MaSREf2RHG1R.AxgIX3dOTwEEXxkA
available at Clearly Auto on $32.78 plus $15 core
http://www.clearlyauto.com/catalog/1974/...tors-Generators
it is dual field... if you have single field setup, simply ground one of the brushes
it is A LITTLE BIT WIDER than roundbacks and earliers squarebacks due the wider windings at stator, so will fit TIGHT ( rear spacer can be milled down a liitle bit too ). recomended use a little bit longer belt to keep away the back of alt from block.

IMPORTANT... UPGRADE MAIN CHARGE WIRES: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,33574.0.html

You can also rebuild your own alternator. The only appearance issue is that it will be slightly thicker. http://store.alternatorparts.com/daimlerchrysler.aspx
One caution: Your bulkehead connector is not rated to handle that much current. Use the factory manual to convert to police/taxi wiring for 55Amps and above. It is in the Satellite and Fury wiring diagrams for Plymouth, Coronet, Diplomat diagrams for Dodge. Craig

I was looking at RockAuto and they list alternators from 50-100A, give them a look.
To the best of my knowledge, the 100A versions require a completely different mounting scheme.
