Schumacher's conversion mounts work fine. I run a Max Wedge exhaust system on my car, so I don't know about headers, but a lot of guys run headers, so something must work. The other issues could be: auto trans shifter, trans mount & crossmember modification, driveshaft & ft yoke, depending on the rest of your swap. I used a '69 RR 4-speed & rearend, stock trans mount, modified the trans crossmember, and had a driveshaft made when I did my '63 (poly stick car).

This may help. We covered it here: 64 - 440 Swap
I thought that was my engine for a second.... Here's mine though
Back to the topic, I did the "new"(66 up) k member swap.
Found it was cheaper than going with schumaker stuff.(75 bucks for a k member) The only real issue was doing some cut up work to the trans crossmember, and cutting the driveshaft to length.
I didn't have a driveshaft for the car either way, so the donar C body shaft had to be shortened anyway, so I didn't figure that was an added expense.
