Has anyone tried the kickdown kit from XV Motorsports? I was checking out some of their suspension stuff today and saw the kickdown kit.

I've got it on my car, and it is such a pleasure to deal with when compared to stock.

I also used their throttle cable, top notch for the $$$>

I used a Lokar KD on a 904 and it worked OK. One problem I did have, if the cable isn't coming straight out of the sleeve it will saw thru it.

I upgraded to the Bouchillon Performance KD. It's more money but a little bit heavier duty and has a more correct ratio(throttle vs trans lever movement).

I have kickdown and throttle on my 66 Coronet with a 440 RB. I like them. It really clears up the area between the trans and master cylinder and the kick down/gear selector area. You will need their bracket also...

That's why I was asking about the XV kit... for $100 it looks cheaper and well-designed.

Anyone tried the XV kit?
