I have my 440 in my 65 Coronet 4 speed. I was wondering what radiator and hoses you guys are using?

I see Summit has aluminum radiators for $160 or so. Anyone run them? Issues?

It does not have to be factory correct, but I do not want to hack up the radiator support.

My lower hose outlet is on the drivers side.

Thanks,

I picked one up from these guys
http://www.4secondsflat.com/

the dual pass, both upper and lower are on the driver side.
Works really well. The guy understood mopar dimentions. I had it setup for a 26 inch rad.
I didn't bother to cut the core support. Just have some overlapping the rad.
65 coronet as well.

I got a 65 C body rad in my wild 440 in my 65 B.Paid 40 bucks for it with the steel shroud. Its never been touched except I flushed it a few time.Runs under 190 all day even racing in the 90s.I just ran stock 65 molded hoses.I did have to elongated the slots on the rad bracket a bit and it needs the short filter.Rocky

I found a 65 C body radiator but it needs re-cored, so does my 65 small block rad. That can get $$$$. But, like you said Rocky, I can get hoses pretty easy.

Andrew, what hoses did you usse? Those look like nice radiators. Does anyone know if the 22" version of that type radiator will bolt in easily on my car?

Thanks guys,

The top hose was a flexible one.
bottom was the stock hose as I recall.
Been a while, and I changed engines since then.

The 22 inch was a choice. But it was the same price, and I knew the 26 would fit.
BUT in both cases, they do not have the brackets on the rad. You would have to do what I did, test fit and mark where the brackets would have to be welded.
