I added almost 250 lbs for my 13.76 time... had my friend in the passenger seat and the cooler in the trunk.

I plan on working with the tire pressure next time, throw a bag of ice on the intake and dis-engage the shifter lockout so I can roll the car in the staging lanes.

We'll see. I won't be at the track for a while though.

There was black 6 speed R/T at 66 last Sunday Ryan. I saw him go 13:82, and a lady in an auto SRT went 13:20 against me in the 3rd round.

I got my revenge though, my .101 light scared her so bad she went red.

You don't have to worry about me, I'm not afraid.

Devil: what kind of mods are done to your Challenger?

Didn't even mess with tire pressure.

Put my Firewires on, changed the oil, changed the fluid in the diff, and checked tthe air box to see if there were in fact any dead chickens in it. All was clean.

Went to 66 Sunday and the car was fast first pass and once again slowed down every pass afterwards. Still managed to make 3 rounds and hold onto 4th in points.

With the weather I was 2 tenths off my best pass last week. I am pretty confused though, the lady with the SRT8 Challenger was 5 tenths off what she was running last week.

We race Saturday this week. Hopefully I can gather more information.

I am getting some good info off the LS1GTO board about what's happening. May be light at the end of the tunnel.

Progress is finally being made. Got the car to at least make three runs that were reasonably fast, and fairly consistent. I was deep staging trying to get the car to cut a decent light, so the ET was off probably by a tenth, as the 60' was a tenth slow.

Air was kinda weird today. The SRT8 Challenger was a couple tenths off what she has run before too.

First pass was a 14:07@99 with a .010 light.
2nd was a 14:03@99 and way red.

First round I went 14:05 on a 14:00 dial on the brakes hoping the other guy was breaking out. He wasn't. I was .032 and dead late. He went 13:76 on a :74 and was .017.

So anyway, I had my best light and ran closest to my dial ever in competition with the car and still managed to get my butt handed to me.

At least there is light at the end of the tunnel.
