my cam card gives info on lift, duration both at .050 and running, and valve opening and closing points. What is the formula for taking this info and figuring the centerline?

post the opening and closing points. Intake installed centerline + Exhaust installed centerline / 2 = Cam LSA (centerline).
So if the intake is to installed 106 ATDC and exhaust is to be installed 114 BTDC 106 + 114 = 220 / 2 = 110 Lobe separation angle (cam centerline)

Are you asking for the lobe seperation angle or the installed intake centreline? , these #s will usually differ around 4*.
