I tried for 3 seasons to get My stroker motor to stay cool(498) while in traffic. Down the road it was fine. The solution was..26 inch 2 row alum rad with shroud and 7 blade clutch fan. I had flex fans,electric fans,etc and none worked. Car NEVER goes over 200 in traffic now

What about the radiators?? Has anyone bought/used one of these radiators? I'm sure hte fans that come with them aren't the best but I was looking at theses also and curiosity got me thinking if one of the members here has one and does it work? fitment?

MP Thermal Clutch Fan - see Mancini Cooling for new reproductions or the JY of your choice. Parts stores sell the pieces as well but make sure to get the "heavy duty" type. Parts store quality varies.
I've had great results with the MP thermal clutch and 5 blade fan with AC. I use a 2 core stock style high capacity top tank aluminum radiator and shroud. I have a 7 blade fan as backup but don't need it.

I had great results with a ebay dual pass radiator,crossflow 31 inch,dual taurus fans and a milidon high flow waterpump on my 499 stroker,The car always ran 160 degrees,i could sit in traffic all day,it was nice for a change.First car i didnt have to worry about over heating.
