I lightened my stock brackets. I have made some out of aluminum tubing etc and they were too flimsy. These are not as light but are strong and hold the bumper nice.

I think Unlimited makes fiberglass bumper brackets...
I have their fronts. Stock - but lightened on the rear. Sig pick is the day before I put the glass bumpers on it.

I had a customer give me a WAKE-UP-CALL way back when ....when he asked - WHY do you make a FG bumper ...without making the brackets tooo ? (since in some cases the brackets weigh as-much-as the bumper itself) From that date forward ....I then made brackets for any of the bumpers we made ...and started making brackets for as many of the others as possible. In a couple of contacts here and elsewhere recently ... I have started to make the brackets ....BEFORE the redo of the bumper it-self.

Don't get TOO excited, I have a pair, and they took a ton of work to make fit.
