Bought new M&H harnesses for my 68 GTX. The right side yellow courtesy lamp wire seems really long. How is it supposed to be routed to the door jsmb switch? The car also has a map light and delayed ignition switch light with yellow wires too. I'm thinkinbg all these come together on the rh jamb switch which is a double spade type instead of the single bullet type on the left... Isn't there a little harness with bullet connectors on one end and spades on the other that plug into the switch? Also the 4 speed reverse light... I know one end goes to the fuse box, but I can't find the single spade connector in the new harness. There's one U shaped 2 wire connector near the bulkhead pretty close to where the single spade connector is in my old harness. Guess I need to trace it and find where it goes. Finally... Accessory harnesses like the map light, reverse light, glove box light, tach, etc. Do they connect to specific locations in the fuse panel, or is spacing them evenly on available terminals okay? Sorry guys it's been over 5 years since I took this thing apart and I'm a little fuzzy! You guys are the BEST!

I never even fully understood the wiring when I took mine apart 8 years ago. Get used to the wiring diagrams, at first it's painful, but once you get the hang of it, they're great.
