Making a few changes to the roadrunner, I am looking into going back to my HP manifolds (currently have headers now).

The HP manifolds I have are from a 74 or something, but it is listed as one of the possible manifolds with a complete manifold to back of car set up.

Has anyone used these systems? Are they really a bolt in, no problems set up?

Thanks for the info

I used a 3" system with TTI headers. It fit quite well.

Not a B but a C..
I have a TTi 2-1/2" system on my car.
It is bolt on and go.
The only exception was to drill a couple holes in the rear shock cross member for the second muffler bracket, and cut away on the other side a wee bit.
The flanges are really nice and thick.
I am really pleased with their product.
Well engineered.Nice fit and does not hang down.
I installed it in 2006 and the aluminized finish is still like new.

Installed a set of 2-1/8" TTI headers and their dual 3" exhaust on my 68 Coronet. Not a single modification was required to fit them.

I put on the 2 1/2" X pipe system by myself with the car on rollers. It was a cinch!

I only had to drill for the muffler mount on the right side IIRC. No big deal.

I put a system on my Duster using factory manifolds. Installation went pretty smoothly except I had to shorten a couple pipes. Over all I'm happy and like the sound.

I have 2 1/2 w/h pipe on the RR and like it. It hooked up nice no real problems with install.

What was I thinking....

I put a complete 3" system on my cuda with manifolds. They sent me the wrong head pipe, but sent a replacement next day air. About 8 years later I added their headers. Both times it went together without any issues.

Pls. don't worry about this remark: Think about spending some time and paint to save your chassis. It's at a point where rust will eat it up if you don't...

After all these years having a 440 I realized that this means having an attitude... and a budget.
