The stock manual drums stop my 69 RR great. I see no reason to spend the money on discs if you are happy now. If you are pushing the car hard consistently, then it may pay off to go with the discs.
I want my fair share

disk - i cringe whenever i see 4 wheel drums in urban stop-&-go traffic.
Make sure to keep a points distributor, get a 46-amp alternator in there, and see if you can find some non-halogen headlights. Straight-weight oil is probably good enough, too. And get rid of those radial tires.
Put discs on the car and don't look back. Please!
Parts I seek:
driver doorpanel, 65 Sport Fury, prefer black, needs to be 7-8 on 10 scale, might buy set
16" x 6" Dodge truck wheel(s), from early 70s?, takes 9" dogdish - need for a research job so cheaper is better.
69-73 C-body caliper brackets and/or splashields
Send a PM.
