I have a '68 383 RR. I have an RPM Performer manifold and an Eddie 800 cfm carb.

I purchased Andy's throttle bracket kit for this set-up. My throttle cable is too short for this set-up.

In the ARENGINEERING information sheet Andy recommends getting a longer throttle cable from possibly a 6cyl as they had longer cables.

Anyone have a part number or suggestion where to get this "longer" cable?

Thanks
Frank

I go junk yarding and look for the leaning tower of power.

In sixty-five I was seventeen and running up one-o-one I don't know where I'm running now, I'm just running on Jackson Browne-Running On Empty

Great throttle cable link... wish I would have had this a couple weeks ago. Thanks for posting it.

There should be another throttle cable list in the tech archives that I wrote. Mine had all the factory part numbers still available from local dealers. It is probably obsolete now but some of them might still be available.

Last time I went to the dealer the longest cable still available that fit the muscle cars was from a big block pickup truck.

Thanks guys,

The search begins...(but much easier with the listed info)
