I have a Line Lock installed on my front brakes, using the stock Challenger distribution block. Recently when I try to use it, when I take my foot off the brake with the lock engaged, the rear wheels will not release. Have I got a bad distribution block and if so, where do I get another?

Rear of Master cylinder controls the front brakes and visa versa! I think you have them hooked up bass akwards!

No, they are not hooked up wrong. I used them last season and so far this season they were ok, but just the outing before last they did it once, and last week it was constant. I have checked all the connections and they are correct.

'If it worked properly before' I would check your electrical conections. Go to your Line lock and see if you have 12 volts when the switch is on, if you do only then I would consider the line lock to be bad.

Allen Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first. Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.

When I bought my line lock years a go they mention that style I had was rebuildable. I never saw a rebuild kit for those things but I think they are cheap enough to be easily replaced. If you have a battery voltage to the line lock and a good ground for the unit I would replace the line line lock with a new one.

Did you wire it switch to ground or switch to power?
