Anyone have any baseline mods for 770 cfm hemi crossram carbs? Will be on 528 c.i. aluminum hemi, 13.5:1 CR, port-matched MP crossram. Looking at ballpark jetting, base-plate mods, Metering block changes. I will do the usual - low profile throttle blade screws, etc.

76 primary and 75 secondary. thats a good starting point depending on your DA.
i went with the quickfuel metering blocks so i could change the jets in the secondaries instead of the metering plate which is a fixed jet size. hope this helps.

thanks. That's a start. The engine will be dyno'ed and that's a baseline.

How hard could it be? I straightened my carbs out, so well that it wouldn't even run on 8. Off to Barton and they came back converted back to plates with 80 jets and a bag full of parts, with stronger midrange. Now the "experts" don't complain about the wrong carbs.
