I cant find a lwr hose with a spring can you just buy the spring?

Do you have a spring in your old hose you can use? i've heard people winding wire around a mag-lite or something to make their own.

a guy on a recent post used stainless welding rod( I don't remember what type) & I think winding it around a mag light or something similar would be the perfect way to shape it.

These springs are just not readily available any more, people don't seem to be using them any more. I did a google search over the winter and the only place selling them was a Mustang supplier. I think if you don't have the original, you're going to have to make one.

I skipped it all together.
