NGK's do better than any other --Mancini has the best chart and info on their site as to plug # and CR --best info --easy to get --Autolites are china junk now and Champions have been USA junk for a long time IMO--yea the Champion race plus are OK but...$$$ NGK's available everywhere cheap and they are CRISP if you get the right one in there

I've run autolites and found them to be better than the champions. Never tried the NGK's in my 440 tho. Where are the NGK's made now...?

The Autolites I run were made in the USA bought last week and are running perfect for me.

No doubt where mine were made: NIP-pondenso!
Been using their U groove forever, no problems. They were on sale once and I never had a reason to change back.

This always ends up in a stupid debate over which manu. to run......I bet you want to actually know what plug to run??!!

I would say NGK's in the 6 heat range. If its strictly race you may be able to run a 7 heat range. You can run resistor or non-resistor. Radio= resistor. 5/8th hex, 3/4" reach and a projected tip and you will be laughing.

I have the same set up with 20 initial and 35 total timing.

I just bought a set of Autolites for my nephew's 302 blunderbird; made in Mexico.
