I finally got to test my electrical system in my 69RR that I've been restoring for a few years. My 3spd wiper motor only goes 1 slow spd. I also got slightly shocked through the switch once . Is it the switch, grounds, or the motor (which I doubt cause it came from Jules). Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my electrical knowledge is not so good.

Thanks,
Brent

if it runs at the same slowest speed in all 3 switch positions I'd suspect the switch. With your VOM I'd check check voltages on the output side with the sw in all 3 positions (should be different on each setting)

Make sure the switch is grounded.

Check that you have good contacts at the bulkhead connectors also.
Motor must be well grounded as well as the switch.
