whats different about it? Is there more than a vinyl top and 1/4 window change? What options were part of the "Premier" package?
Thanks!

2-door coupe?

Does the car have the following?:

Woodgrain glove box door

Three spoke steering wheel

Console and bucket seats

Color matched seat belts

Chrome spear on centerline of hood

Trim panel on rear tailpanel area

Basically, the Volare Premier was the Plymouth equivalnet of Dodge's Special Edition package.

Other options/features:

Rear armrests w/ashtrays
Cigarette lighter
Dual horns
Glove box lock
P/S
Undercoating w/hood silencer pad
60/40 split bench seat (standard rather than the buckets)
Luxury door trim panels
Day/night mirror
Electric clock

Granted, that is for a '77 Aspen SE, but I suspect the Volare Premier equipment is the same or very similar.

Yup. Just basically a dress up package.

The Volare Premier was the 'top of the line' Volare sub model.

Volare Premiers were available in 2dr or 4dr body style with some standard features, such as power front disc brakes, power steering, 60/40 bench, or pedal dress up, that were extra or not available on the Volare or Volare Custom.

Interestingly my '77 Volare Waggon's also a Premier. Thought it was more about the looks, fake wood, lots of chrome. That sort of thing.
Obviously there's more to it as I see now!
