My dad needs to put a rear end up his car to roll it out of our shop to a spray booth, we only have the chromed dana 60 that is in pieces so i have one simple question.

Will a 71 Charger rear end fit into his car no questions asked?

I highly doubt it but i thought i would ask...

E body spring centers are 46", the '71 B body is 47.3" and overall width is about the same difference.

As I understand it, it will, there is enough side to side flex in the springs for it to work. I have never done it, but that is what I hear on here.
