Does anyone have a photo of a 67 B body without the carpet installed? I have a 67 Coronet R/T with an auto trans that I'd like to put the console back in. I bought the car with the console and stock shifter removed. My question is where the wiring from the instrument panel to the console courtesy lights is routed. Is it routed under the drivers side rocker molding and under the drivers seat? Then does it exit near the shifter to connect with the console courtesy lights? Thanks.

I don't have a picture with me but on the two 66 Coronet 500's I have been playing with the console wiring goes along the drivers rocker moulding and crosses just in front of the driver seat. I would have to look again to see how it comes under the console. I do remember that it was pretty self explanatory once it hit the console as the wires weren't that long.

Thanks for the replies. So if I remove the drivers sill plate, the wiring should exit the sill plate and run in front of the drivers bucket seat under the carpet, and exit where the shifter is located? I would assume that a 67 Coronet would be the same as a 66 Coronet 500? Is this correct? Thanks again.

not the sill plate, it run inside of the metal wire protector cover that runs the length of the door, and yes the wire will actually run under the seat carpet and come up near the shifter.

If you need the harness let me know as I won one off E-bay a few years ago and never used it. Its just long one, I never got the short one inside the console. Dave-

Thanks everyone for the help. I'll look to see if the harness is just buried under the carpet near the drivers seat. If it's missing I'll contact you
High Impact. I have the short harness with the lights on it.
