71mopar383 OP super street Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 343 Ft Worth,Tx	My balancer fits snug but it can be unbolted and pulled off by hand. Unless im not seating it all the way down but I think I am how would I know? BTW its a 383 71 Charger

Then put a straight edge across the pulleys and make sure they are all lined up. If they are, the balancer is seated all the way.
