Will a factory BB 727 dipstick tube fit with 1 and 7/8" Hooker headers or will I need to order a firewall mount trans distick setup? I don't have the factory dipstick tube around to try so that's why I'm asking before ordering one or the other. Thanks!

I'm running those headers and had to bend the factory dipstick slightly.

Don't sweat it...easily done by hand if you already have it secured to the bellhousing.

If you decide your dipstick tube needs "adjusting" for clearance, just be sure to make any bends above the bellhousing bracket. Otherwise, fully expect a fluid leak where the tube seats in the trans body.
