do they make a radial race tube?
I see Hoosier and M&H offering radials that require tubes , but I don't know if they are different than a bias ply tube.

the radials on the car have not had screws in them only the wheel, but it looks like the hole location will not let the bead seal.
Weld up the holes and polish them out. Do you know anyone with an aluminum mig spool gun?

I have seen many time where the screw pushes the tire bead away from the rim. I cut down the screw by 1/8" - 3/16". This left plenty of threads to dig into the bead but it did not push the bead away from the rim.

Yep what Troy said. I also picked up some screws at the local hardware that had a gasket under the head. I put a small dab of permitex and never had no problems... But Not running tubes, vs running tubes If I have them I will run them..I dont mind adding air every week or two when the get a tad low. But this is on 100% race cars..I could see it aggravating on drivers adding air what seems every time you turn around...This would be when I would use tubes though.
