Has anyone installed a newer LX radio in an older mopar? I want to install a stereo/cd player/changer in the glove box and was wondering if it can be done. The newer LX radios sound great and are readily available for a reasonable price. I have heard of a system lock of some sort and is there a way around it? Just trying to get good sounds without spending $200 plus for a glove box dweller.
