2007 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi 4x4 laramie. I have 20,00 miles on it. 16mpg around town and right at 19 out on the highway. No problems so far from the MDS.

It is a near indestructable motor and Chrysler tests have proven that. MDS is great cruising on the hwy and does not affect power or reliability whatsoever. My 06 Ram Sport had 25,000 hard miles put on it in one year, with no issues.
2016 Ram 1500 Crew Cab: 5.7, 65RFE, 4.56 gears with locker, Hemifever tuned, AFE intake, 87mm throttle body, JBA headers, 3" Flowmaster exhaust, split to dual 2.5" exits. 13.57 best ET so far.
