71 cuda vert...I am replacing my trunk floor pan and I need to attach the rear floor braces but I don't have a reference as to where they go (mine were completely rusted out). Can someone provide me with some measurements and/or descriptions regarding where to attach them?

They match the indentations in the gas tank. Make sure they are parallel to each other or the tank won't seat properly. Don't ask me how I came to this conclusion.

The gas tank has some play from left to right so I am looking for measurements.

Thanks for the tip about keeping them being parallel.
