Is anyone producing the rectangular plastic cup that goes into the armrest for a 73 challenger?

To the best of my knowledge there are no companies making a reproduction of the challenger or barracuda armrest wells.
Best bet is to locate nice used ones.

Were they plastic in 73? I was thinking they were metal in 70, but I might be confusing my 'cuda with my challenger. Anyone know?

The armrest wells were metal for the 70 model year and have also seen metal on most 71's.
Not certain if the 71 production run all used the metal style or if sometime late during the 71 model year that the plastic version was phased in.

For certain the 72-74 models all use the plastic armrest well.

I have 3 '71 Challengers in my shop........ALL have the metal wells and the latest build is May.
Musta changed to plastic after that.
