The window was frozen shut when I tried to put it down. I got it freed up but the glass fell down inside the door.
I took the inside door panel off & finally got the glass back in the track(yes I was bleeding by this time)
Now when I try to put the window down the glass still wants to come out of the track. What should I do? Is there a sealant of some kind to hold the glass in?

I did the same thing to my 98 last year,I used liquid nails on mine,no problems with it coming back out, even when the window froze in the truck again.

Just FYI,I used liquid nails on purpose.I used to work for a glass company, and we used a product called "Mirror Mastic" to hang large, heavy mirrors. It is basically the same as liquid nails.
Most silicones don't have as much adhesive value to them, and many are corrosive. You might get away with it,but I would rather spend the couple of dollars, then have to take it apart again.Hope this helps you.

Exact same thing happened to my '99 a few years back. We ended up using some kind of epoxy to make the glass stay stuck in the track, I don't remember what kind it was.
