Hi guys, Anyone running an Indy Aluminum 440-1 top end know an approx. pushrod length for this setup? .I'm planning to check the length, but not till this weekend. Running a Lunati Voodoo .585/.600 Solid Camshaft. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks
Adam

I am running indy sr head on zero deck block and .o40 head gasket my push rods are 9.350 "
They were perfect untill i installed harland sharp 1.5s. the push rods should have been changed to 9.500" but i am sill running them at 9.350 and using the adjuster to take up the slack on a .630"lift solid roller . i would say any where between stock 440 and 10.00" adjustable checker is what you need so you can get it right .

Pushrod length depends on the camshaft base circle, the length of the lifter, the cylinder head height, the deck height, the head gasket thickness, and the type of rocker arm. In other words, measure twice, order once.
